my "heel" still hurts so badly from yesterday! if you are wondering what's "heel" it's the one on our legs! where you place your foot to wear your shoes or slipps. okok! this does not make sense! haha. don't know how to phrase it!

don't know how to get down to church now! someone.. give me a lift! haha kidding:)
