yay. sec two camp is finally over! and now it's down to carolling! [the big event]
anywayy.. i'll start with the first day.
-reached church at arnd 3.30? haha. yes i know i'm very late. played some games. and we had this game that we had to walk on numbers to solve the maze?! haha. yeah but it was pretty fun. then sandra came at around 4. started on theme talk. oh and by the way.. our theme for this camp was on "relationships" haha. yeah.. and it went on till dinner time.
sam and i fell asleep underneath our nice cosy sleeping bag during the theme talk two we had after dinner. haha.
and sleeping time was at 11pm but it was only sandra that was sleeping.
justin.beng.maurice.sam.claire and i stayed up to 4am to talk. and it surprise me how maurice can be serious at times. he was really very serious and he was just talking alot. but the stuff that he was talking made sense tho.
we went to caltex at around 12am? and we ate cup noodles. but something happened there and i'm not going to say it out.
yupps. sandra scolded us for making too much noise and for not sleeping so in the end.. we had to go back to sleep or else we would have continued to counsel justin abt some stuff. oh and did i mention the "beng song"? haha. claire and sam was like playing it the whole night. and i got sick of it. i was even woken up by that song! argh. and maurice could not play the "beng song" until like yesterday night?! haha.
and on to the second day.. all of us went pretty wild in the sense. course we were going off to sentosa and i suppose we were exicted?! haha. chang followed us there and yado came in the afternoon. had lunch together at some malay cafe? at another beach. and that was went we started going wild after lunch! we had some free time to play before we had another theme talk there. so justin suggested that we make a sandcastle and with this rifle gun on it?! haha. chang and yado were playing volleyball and the best part was that.. they played it near the sea waves. so the ball fell into the sea but it was only at the waves area! chang went to pick it up and my smart idea was to go push him in! so claire agreed and we ran to push him in. but he was very strong ok. and yado ran forward but claire and i did not know. cos i was trying to dunk her in plus she was trying to dunk me in. and yado ran forward to dunk me in! argh. why me? and not claire?!!? whines.grumble. but i did not fall yet. but i was already half wet! so he tried again and i was trying too. but in the end.. he dunk me so at that time.. i was already "head to toe" wet!
and whads more was that i was wearing white. and it was camp shirt. whines. thank God that sam had an extra dark blue shirt. so she lend it to me and i got change! thanks a bunch sam. and after that.. yado was like.. why are you changed? do you know that we're going to have water games?! but i knew that was coming from him. cos he wanted to dunk me again! and so.. i got dunk again! and this time i had no more shirts. but i gave up. haha. claire.beng.maurice.justin.yado.chang and i went out to swim. we were actually quite far out in the sea! chang could not even reach the sand.
and yeah.. i was soaking wet plus everyone else. yado and chang are so spastic. they brought their ACJC towel and they started being like "superman" running round the whole entire beach. haha. but thanks andrew yado chia for your big oversized shirt and the towel! haha.
when we came back to church.. joey and zhenyang were there already. the sec fours came for cell last night. so yeah. and we ordered pizza cos we were sort of lazy to go out for dinner! and yeah. i learned four chords on the guitar. zhenyang volunteered to teach me! claire and sam had to go so they could not stay for cell. yeah sad sad. deeanne.zhenyang and i were talking abt some stuffs! _______
and i realised that zhenyang ________________! never mind. i shan say it. *secrets are meant to be kept* haha. and i was all burnt from the hot sun. it was like as if i put on some blusher. i felt kind of sick at night. some people could even tell although i did not say anything. but i'm fine now! i guess. feeling hot on my body but maybe it's because of the sun! had cell and the sec four guys and sec two guys joined us. cos we were talking abt BGR. [boy girl relationship] and sandra was asking what's love! zhenyang and i were sitting on the top of the cupboards and i was flipping the page and so happen the page i turned to was on esphesians 6:1-3 and i realised that it was on "children obey your parents..." and that was whad sandra was talking abt during that afternoon. i showed zhenyang and we were like "whoooppss." cos we were like saying how much trouble________ and all that during dinner. and we were told each other.. "ok this is out of point." we want to find whads love! and i turned to 1 corinthians 13:4-8 and we wanted to see who raise our hands first to tell sandra that "love is patient, love is kind..." but in the end.. we did not do it. super spastic. but someone else said it.
and i was quite upset abt some stuff. and so thanks to those people that was cheering me up. deeanne.zhenyang.claire.joey.sandra. esp zhenyang for doing stupid stuff and joey.
anyway. slept at arnd 1am? claire.amanda and i were talking to joey but i was not really paying attention. actually i did not even know what they were talking so all the time.. i just shutup. haha. i fell asleep half way. and it was so irritating. we all could not wake up today. and joey had to use her handphone alarm to put at each of our ears! and we still did not wake up! so she told justin.. "justin can you please wake up the girls?!" and he was like"sure no problem" and he got his sleeping bag to smack us. whines. haha.
kweesan brought us to the BB headquaters. they were having the sharity gift box thing. and yeah.. first time seeing johannes and clement so quiet. seriously.. i was quite shocked! haha. and clement's pants were sort of dropping and before we knew it.. his zip for spoilt. so clarence had to go buy another pair for him. kenneth chin is a staff squat leader if i'm not wrong. he wears a suit. so cool and clarence seriously look like some nerd. haha. actually all of them! esp. with their beret on. and i have to mention this.. johannes is so funny! he wore his badges the wrong side. it's meant to be worn on the right but he wore all on the left. and the hardest part is that.. when they put their badge.. it has to be according to alphabets. so all of us started helping him to take off the badge and put it on the other side! and kweesan was like "hurry up! late already. everyone fall in already!" haha so funny.
i just can't stop laughing! maurice and i were trying to be mean by always saying like how good scouts and guides were! haha. and i was whining and complaining to clarence how the BB boys are so slack. and they don't have to do any punishment if they are late. plus all that crap. and he was like"you want to talk to the president? and i did not know.. the president was just like next to me. near the door entrance. wait. was it the president? yeah. and i was like. "alrightt. maurice.. we shall just shutup!" haha.
went over to the hawker centre to had lunch. clarance.kenneth chin and their group of officers came to eat too. haha. and when clarence came.. i did the guide salute to him and he did the BB salute back. haha. maurice and i started saying the guides and scouts promise! haha. how stupid can we be man. goodness.
and we were quarelling cos i forgot what the guides promise was. and the scouts promise is something like.. what republic of singapore?! what nonsense is maurice talking! argh. haha.
went back to church after that. pass by borders so that sandra could get some stuff. haha and i slept at arnd 1pm?! and i asked for permission whether i could go for carolling but not sing and just rest! so i slept from 2-4.30 at the music room with all of them singing. and what woke me up was that.. they suddenly sang the song "Joy to the world" and you know the starting note is really loud. i was so so scared ok. i thought it was some angels that came down from heaven to sing to me! so freaky. haha.
oh and i'll post another entry on my "fake" family tree! it has to written out so that.. no one gets confused. haha cos now we have like so many brothers and sisters. haha.
